Buyer Protection: How AccLocker Keeps You Safe
Buying digital accounts from strangers on the internet sounds risky. It is — on unprotected platforms. AccLocker is built around five layers that make it very hard for you to lose money unfairly. Here's each one, and how they fit together.
1. Warranty starts at delivery, not payment
Most places start the clock when you pay. We start it when you receive the product. If a seller takes 6 hours to deliver manually, those 6 hours don't eat your warranty. Every listing shows its warranty length upfront — compare it like you'd compare price.
2. The seller doesn't get paid until you're satisfied
Your payment is held by the platform. The seller gets it only when you click "Confirm Received" — or when the auto-confirm timer expires days later. Open a ticket and the payout freezes instantly. A seller who wants their money has a strong incentive to fix your problem fast.
3. One ticket, three pairs of eyes
Disputes don't happen in DMs where a seller can ghost you. Every ticket is a shared thread: you, the seller, and platform support. Everything is timestamped and nothing can be deleted. About 75% of tickets end in a replacement; the rest in refunds.
4. Seller insurance balances
Look at any store page and you might see a shield badge: "Insured $500". That's real money the seller deposited with us as a guarantee. If a seller's product fails across many buyers and their earnings don't cover the refunds, we pay buyers from that insurance balance. Bigger badge, safer seller — it's that simple.
5. No off-platform deals — enforced, not suggested
Here's the one people underestimate. Scams almost always start with "message me on Telegram for a better price." Our chat system automatically detects contact details — emails, phone numbers, @usernames, links, even disguised ones like "gmail dot com" — and holds the message for admin review instead of delivering it. The conversation locks. Repeat offenders lose their accounts.
If a seller ever asks to deal outside AccLocker, that's your signal to walk away and report them. Every protection above only works inside the platform.
What protection doesn't cover
Being straight with you: it doesn't cover buyer's remorse, it doesn't cover accounts you got locked through your own misuse, and it doesn't cover anything bought outside the platform. Read listings carefully, test within the warranty, keep everything on-site — and you're about as safe as online buying gets.
