Marketplace Fees, Escrow & Delivery Compared: What Buyers Should Check

📅 Oct 11, 2026 · ⏱ 3 min read

Every account marketplace — AccLocker, AccsMarket, Z2U, G2G, HstockVIP, HStockHub, HStora and the rest — handles three things differently: fees (what you actually pay), escrow (who holds your money and when), and delivery (how fast and in what format). These three determine your real cost and your real risk. Here's how to compare them on any platform.

Fees: the all-in calculation

The listing price is never the whole story. Add up:

  • Listing price — what the seller asks.
  • Platform/buyer fee — some marketplaces add 5–15% at checkout; others bake it into prices. Check before you compare "cheap" listings across platforms.
  • Payment method fees — crypto deposits, card processing, and currency conversion each have their own costs.
  • Withdrawal/conversion costs — relevant if you top up more than you spend.

On AccLocker, buyer-side costs are shown before you pay — no surprise additions at checkout. Whatever platform you use, compute the all-in number per account before declaring a winner.

Escrow: the five questions

  1. Is payment held by the platform, or does the seller receive it immediately?
  2. What releases the funds — buyer confirmation, a timer, or seller action?
  3. How long is the protection window after delivery?
  4. Who reviews disputes, and is the process evidence-based?
  5. Are refunds automatic on valid claims, or do you have to fight for them?

AccLocker's answers: held until delivery confirmation or warranty expiry; released on confirmation or timer; warranty from delivery; human-reviewed tickets; automatic refunds debited from seller balance. Get the equivalent answers in writing (help pages, terms) for any other marketplace you consider.

Delivery: speed and format

Two delivery models exist everywhere: instant/auto-delivery (credentials delivered by the system seconds after payment — look for the auto-delivery indicator) and manual delivery (the seller sends credentials by hand, usually within hours). Neither is inherently better — auto is faster, manual often comes with more personalized support — but the listing must state which one you're getting and the maximum wait. On AccLocker, manual orders undelivered within 24 hours auto-refund.

Also check delivery format: email:password lines? Session files? With or without recovery access? The best listings (AccsMarket pioneered this pattern) spell out the exact data format — demand the same clarity anywhere you buy.

The comparison scorecard

Score each marketplace 1–5 on: fee transparency, escrow strength, dispute quality, seller vetting, review integrity, delivery clarity. The platform with the highest total is your answer — and it'll be different for a $5 test buy vs a $500 bulk order. For high-value orders, weight escrow and disputes double.

Does a lower fee ever mean a worse deal?

Constantly. A marketplace with zero buyer fees but no real dispute process is the most expensive option the first time an order goes wrong. Fees buy protection infrastructure — human reviewers, escrow systems, fraud buffers all cost money. The question isn't "which fees are lowest" but "which fees buy the most protection per dollar." Read the marketplace comparison for how the major platforms stack up.

What delivery speed should I expect?

Auto-delivery listings: seconds to minutes. Manual delivery: minutes to hours, with 24 hours as the reasonable maximum before you should be concerned. Any marketplace where manual orders routinely take days without communication has an ops problem.

Are escrow terms the same for digital goods everywhere?

No — and this is where marketplaces differ most. Some release funds on a fixed timer regardless of delivery; others wait for buyer confirmation. Timer-based release favors sellers; confirmation-based favors buyers. Know which one you're dealing with before the order, not after.
