How to Add Your First Product

Oct 03, 2026

A product listing has about eight fields that matter. Get them right and buyers choose you over the seller next door; get them sloppy and your listing sits at zero sales wondering why. Let's walk through each one.

The title

Say what it is, plainly: "Aged Gmail Accounts 2020, USA, with Recovery". Skip the hype ("BEST QUALITY CHEAP!!!") — it reads as desperate and the search doesn't reward it. Include the year, region, and key feature if you have them.

Category

Put it on the right shelf. Miscategorized listings get rejected in review and annoy buyers who filtered for something specific. If you're unsure between two categories, pick the one a buyer would search.

Description — the part most sellers phone in

This is your sales pitch and your support-ticket prevention. Cover:

  • Exact format of each credential line (e.g. email|password|recovery|2fa). Buyers need this to use the product.
  • What's included — recovery access? cookies? 2FA secret? Say it explicitly.
  • What to do first — any warm-up or verification steps.
  • What isn't included — honesty here prevents disputes later.

Variants

One product can have multiple variants: "2020 aged" at one price, "2023 fresh" at another. Each variant gets its own price and stock. This is how you serve both bargain hunters and quality buyers from a single listing.

Warranty hours

Set the window during which buyers can ticket dead accounts. Longer warranty = more buyer confidence = more sales, but also more replacement liability. Start honest: if your stock is solid, 24 hours is a sweet spot for most account types. The platform minimum is 4 hours.

Delivery type

  • Inventory (auto-delivery): you upload credential rows; buyers get them instantly on payment. Highest conversion, zero work per order. This is what you want.
  • Manual: you deliver by hand within your stated time. Fine for custom services, terrible for scale.

Minimum quantity

The smallest order you'll accept. Set to 1 unless you genuinely only sell bulk — a minimum of 50 scares off test buyers, and test buyers become bulk buyers.

Then: approval

Hit publish and your listing goes to the review queue — it is not live yet. A reviewer checks the fields above, your pricing sanity, and policy compliance. Approval usually lands within a day. Rejected? You'll get the exact reason; fix it and resubmit.
