How Inventory & Auto-Delivery Work

Oct 03, 2026

It's 3 AM. You're asleep. A buyer in another timezone orders 200 Instagram accounts from your store — and by the time you wake up, the credentials are delivered, the warranty clock is ticking, and the money (minus commission) is sitting in your earnings. That's auto-delivery. Here's the machinery behind it.

Your stock lives in rows

For each product variant, you upload inventory rows — one row per account, in the format your listing promises. Think of it as a secure spreadsheet only the system can read. Each row has a status:

  • Available — ready to sell.
  • Reserved — sitting in someone's unpaid checkout. If they don't pay in time, it flips back to available automatically. You never lose stock to window-shoppers.
  • Sold — delivered to a buyer. Gone from your pool, recorded permanently.

What happens at the moment of payment

The system grabs the right number of available rows, marks them sold, and puts the credentials on the buyer's order page instantly — usually within seconds. The buyer downloads them as a file. You do nothing. That's the whole point.

Keeping stock healthy

Two habits separate thriving sellers from struggling ones:

Top up before you hit zero. Listings with stock outsell "restocking soon" placeholders dramatically — buyers filter for in-stock items. Check your levels daily; it takes two minutes.

Prune dead rows. If a batch has been sitting for months, spot-check a few accounts yourself before they sell. Every dead account a buyer finds is a ticket, a replacement, and a dent in your rating. Sellers who self-audit have dispute rates near zero.

Security of your inventory

Your credential rows are encrypted at rest. Buyers only ever see the rows attached to their paid order — never your full pool. Support staff can't browse your inventory either; they only see what's relevant to a specific ticket. Your stock is your business.

When manual delivery makes sense

Not everything fits in rows. Custom services — account creation to order, growth campaigns, verification services — stay manual: the buyer orders, you deliver within your stated timeframe, then mark it delivered. Just be realistic about your delivery time. "Within 1 hour" that becomes 6 hours is how you collect one-star reviews.
